Here at the Duneland Y, active older adults have a chance to keep active and grow in spirit, mind and body. Physical and mental activity is essential in maintaining a higher quality of life and independence sor seniors. Regular exercise provides many practical benefits, including risk of diseases and conditions such as diabetes, osteoporosis, coronary artery disease and high blood pressure. Social interaction is also a key part of staying active. Here active older adults have the opportunity to socialize and stay fit
