Travel Volleyball
Our volleyball programs are designed for players of all abilities who want to have fun, take part in healthy competition, and develop their skills. Players will learn the fundamentals of the game and the importance of teamwork, responsibility, and sportsmanship. Volunteer coaches provide support and encouragement and serve as positive role models for youth.
Our Youth Travel Volleyball League is open to all youth ages 7-16. We will offer three different age divisions: Ages 7-9 (Biddy), Ages 10-12 (Junior) and Ages 13-16 (Senior). It’s a great opportunity for your children to compete in a semi-competitive volleyball league with teams from the Duneland and Portage YMCA.

- April 21 – June 6
Location: Duneland YMCA and Portage YMCA
Cost:
- $50 YMCA Members
- $100 Non-Members
- Duneland YMCA Reversible Jersey (worn for all sports): $20
At the YMCA, all of our youth sports coaches are volunteers. If you would like to make a positive impact in a young person’s life, please consider volunteering. Contact CJ Peters at [email protected] to volunteer. Participating families will receive $10 off for volunteering their time to coach!

Biddys Ages 7-9
- Practice info: Are held for 1 hour on either Monday or Tuesday at Duneland Y
- First practice is April 21st
- Game info: Games will be held on Fridays with teams playing a 6-week game schedule from May 2 to June 6 (Medal Day).
- Duneland YMCA will host 3 Fridays
- Portage YMCA will host 3 Fridays
- Other important details: Program reminder emails will begin going out as we near the program start date. The email will be sent to the e-mail address on file for the participant to be registered, so please make sure it is up to date.
