The Y aims to improve the nation’s health and well-being by providing programs and activities that promote wellness, reduce risk for disease and help others reclaim their health. These programs and everything else the Y does are in service of making us—our Ys and our communities—better. The result is a country that values health and communities that support healthy choices.
90 Days to Reboot
In order to live a healthy lifestyle many of us need to set goals and change habits. Too often the goals that we set are not achievable which leads to loss of motivation. We are here to break that cycle!
Within a small group setting, we will explore different exercise modalities and learn about many components of health, including goal setting, exercise, nutrition, stress management and willpower. 90 Days is a great first step for anyone looking to live a healthier lifestyle!
- Guest speaker: Dietician from Franciscan Health
- Food Prep Event by local Chef, Nicole Bissonnette
- Weekly topics include: Time Management, Food Prep & Recipe Exchange, Meditation & Mental Health
- Weekly goal setting and challenges
- Includes a Punch Card each month good for 10 visits or classes!
- Raffle for a 6-month YMCA Membership
- Blood work will be taken two weeks before the program begins and then again at the end of 90 days
- Meetings once a week with a Personal Trainer

In our 90 Days to Reboot accountability is on you! We will give you the tools, but you have to do the work. We are partnering with Franciscan Health to bring you this evidence-based program.

Livestrong at the YMCA
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA focuses on you—the whole person—not the disease.
This 12-week program meets twice a week for 75 minutes and uses traditional exercise methods to ease you back into fitness and help you maintain a healthy weight. You’ll focus on:
- building muscle mass and strength
- increasing flexibility and endurance
- improving confidence and self-esteem
Plus, learn about wellness, stress reduction techniques and how to continue healthful habits after the program has ended. Just as important, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA encourages a warm spirit of community—a safe, comfortable place for you to build companionship with others affected by cancer and share stories and inspiration.
Taking It at Your Own Pace:
No one experiences cancer in the same way. Participants come to the program with different physical challenges and lifestyle goals.
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA provides you with individualized attention and an approach to recovery that targets the areas you need to rebuild. There’s no competition here—physical activities are tailored to match only what you’re able to accomplish.
